Find out if you qualify

This is the most common type. It allows borrowers to change the interest rate, loan term, or both without altering the loan amount significantly.

With cash-out refinancing, you borrow more than you owe on your current loan and take the difference in cash. This is often used for home improvements, debt consolidation, or major expenses.

This involves paying a lump sum toward your loan during refinancing to reduce the balance and secure better terms.

Available for certain government-backed loans, streamline refinancing offers a simplified process with less paperwork and faster approval.
